Cancellation/Refund Policy

We, at Gourmet Bakes Sweets Cafe, take utmost care in preparing and packing your orders. However, under the unexpected occurrence of any of the following events listed below, a new package as per customers’ choice or a 100% refund will be processed by us.

  1.  If the package is received in a damaged condition 
  2.  If any of the boxes inside the package are found to be unsealed or damaged
  3. If the incorrect item has been shipped

Customer Note:

For order related issues such as payment failures / Payment success but Order not getting confirmed We request the customer to connect with our Support team via WhatsApp +91 90039 00797 with (Payment photo proof / Message Proof / Mail id used while ordering).

Assessment and Resolution:

Once we receive your refund request, our team will assess the information provided and may require additional details or evidence for verification.
We aim to respond to your request at the earliest.

Refund Process

Please send us an email to customercare@gourmetbakery.in explaining the reason for a refund request, accompanied by photographs of the issue, within 24 hours of receiving the package. Once our team obtains and verifies the details, the refund process will begin and be completed within 72 working hours.

Cancellation Policy

Check the status of your product. If it has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to process your cancellation and refund. If it has not then we will validate your request and begin the refund process. 

In both these cases, it could take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
