Order Processing:

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your products will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours and then handed over to our delivery partners.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be processed and dispatched from the next working day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, timelines may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.

Shipping:

We currently ship within India and to the United States of America.
Within India: Your order should reach you within 4 working days.
To the USA: Once shipped, your order will reach you in 5-6 days.

International Shipping:

The shipping charges quoted at the time of billing are estimated and may be subject to changes based on the final weight, dimensions and destination of your order. Additionally, any customs duty charges imposed by the government during delivery must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the customs duty, Gourmet Bakes Sweets Cafe will not be responsible for issuing a refund. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible. Duty charges are not part of the shipping fees and must be paid by the customer separately.
